High‑emotion days can stir up feelings you don’t always expect. Holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, cultural celebrations, family gatherings — moments that are “supposed” to feel joyful can also bring pressure, loneliness, grief, or emotional exhaustion. There is no right way to feel on these days.

Maybe everyone around you seems happy while you’re carrying something heavy. Maybe you’re missing someone. Maybe you feel out of place in a group, or overwhelmed by noise, expectations, or memories. Or perhaps you simply don’t have the energy to match the mood around you — and that’s okay.

These sessions offer a soft place to land. A space where you don’t have to perform, participate, or pretend. You’re guided gently toward grounding, easing emotional intensity, and finding steadiness inside yourself, even when the world around you feels amplified.
